Monday Motivation – Challenge Edition

Good Monday Afternoon Readers!

It sure has been awhile! Our last check-in, I had just run the Step Up for Colleen 5k in Andover, MA.  It so far has been a long 2016.  There have been several hurdles and obstacles to overcome, and like so many others, I was the one that put them in my own path.

I have finally said enough is enough, and will set into motion a plan to get out of my own way, and get back on track.  As of today, the next 10 weeks will be filled with clean eating, consistent workouts, and taking steps in the right direction.  Every time I had tried this previously the hardest part was getting out of my own head and realizing that this was a process.

I have found a great quote that will keep me going through this 10-week journey and beyond.  “I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday.”  This is a constant reminder to celebrate the little victories.  There is an overall goal, but also little goals along the way.
